There is concern that climate-resilient infrastructure that is green and provides multiple community benefits can lead to increased rents and home prices, which push out longtime residents. The session explores this dynamic, how much it may or may not manifest, the measures that must be taken for prevention, and what it would mean to limit green infrastructure benefits in the communities that need them most.
