Tracking carbon mitigation and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is fairly straightforward compared to tracking climate resilience. The development of clear metrics for measuring progress and effectiveness in bringing resilience to communities, cities, neighborhoods, and countries is underway and evolving. This panel reviews models that exist and are currently being established, as well as the challenges and progress that can be expected in advancing these metrics.
